Het dominant oogstjaar is 2020. De wijn is gebotteld in Mei 2021 en heeft "sur lattes" gerijpt tot het dégorgement in februari 2023
Dosage 5,5g/l
In de neus aroma’s van gekonfijte citroen en marsepein gevolgd door perzik en peer. In de mond een aangename mousse, mooie speelse zuren en voortzetting van de fruit aroma’s.
